What if we brought back support Nunu?

So, a while ago (can't remember exactly how long) Nunu had his blood boil nerfed, because it was too OP with certain champs like Caitlyn. Well, a lot of new supports and adc's have been added since that time. With all this diversity, I'm sure there's something that can stand up to Nunu+adc bot. I thought he was a really interesting support and I think we should give him another chance. I really like Nunu and I want him to be more than just a tank in the jungle. Whaddya think?
