Why people are mad at riot for not fixing the ranked system

Hey guys so this is a post about why people are mad at riot about their current ranked system. So as many people know the ranked system is flawed and needs to be fixed but I'm not here to rant about that. I think the reason so many people are mad about the current system is because riot is keeping us in the dark too much. They won't even admit that the system is flawed and needs to be fixed ( as far as I know please let me know if I am wrong) they just ignore anything that comes up about it. I think a lot of problem would be happier if riot could just admit this the system is flawed and that they are looking in to ways to make it better but they don't. For all we know they COULD be working on it but we have no idea because they are keeping us completely in the dark.

Riot if you are reading this please stop keeping us in the dark about this.
