I wouldn't call it buffs, so much as just "changes". I've seen some people call them buffs, others, nerfs. Don't know if these things are really going to have much of a change

They are. The ability to walk in a brush while stealthed changes quite a bit of stuff, not to mention that he no longers has to facecheck to throw a mushroom in a brush.
