ekko q to go a minimum distance if it hits champion directly in front

as title, just a thought, say 325 range. (same as his e). its a skill shot after all. i just find it gets pretty shut down by anyone blocking it. (one that gets most of its damage on way back at that, giving enemy ample time to react)

I'd even take less damage on it hitting subsequent targets, if need be. (say down to 80%) its mainly to apply slow and stacks really.
