Can we agree that riot destroy WarWick?

The nerfs on his ulti CD and damage and the nerf on his W combined with the nefs on Devourer and challenging smite have destroy WarWick to the point that there is no reason to play him any more!!!

Can riot Rework him or Buff him or fix him ?? its sad to see WarWick who was the only balanced jungler in the game and because he got 2 weeks viability because of an item to see him gutted to hell!! while you have junglers who dominate the game for seasons and they still didnt recieve such harsh nerfs!!!

I mean you see sejuani and gragas atm in every single game and gragas so far have 0 nerfs and sejuani the moment riot try to nerf her people cry but WarWick got destroyed and riot was like "yeah that good balance"

WarWick need a fix already!
