Then run 10% CDR in runes if you don't plan on picking up Maw. Aatrox became a lot more focused on building health with his new W ratio and removal of health costs, so building semi-tank is good. The lack of attack speed in the build beyond BorK is since Aatrox gains 60-110% attack speed naturally, mainly being limited by CDR. So, instead of getting a bunch of attack speed, we get a bunch of CDR so he can get his AS steroids as often as possible.
