lol i play my game of the month to avoid decay

first off is the long queue times, and there is a warning that i will have a long queue time since im "high" elo (diamond 1 is low elo) unless i pick fill

unfortunately, i can only play everything but adc, so i can't use fill option. i select mid/top

game queues me in as adc???

then i look at lolnexus and its a fairly unbalanced game anyways!

i remember when i played in season 4, there were easily enough diamond players to match 5 d1 vs 5 d1 with a shorter queue time. only in high challenger would there be big lp difference, but even then the biggest gap would be like challenger 800 lp vs challenger 500 lp

After the removal of solo queue, the implementation of booster queue, the endless dumbing down of the game (Riot is in love with tanky burst dps brainless playstyles), what remains is not the league I remember and want to play... in a sense it's dead, at least to me. So I quit.

It just gets to a point where, finally, enough is enough. The last 7 months have been extremely disappointing... if you're not enjoying the game for similar reasons, it's not worth your time. Riot has devalued ranked with ridiculously imbalanced matchmaking (it's a premade lottery half the time) and, if you're a solo player, you've been betrayed and lied to for nearly a year by this company.

It's just a frustrating 20-40 minute prison with no reward.
