Rammus is unplayable right now, as everyone and their dog is building an early Last Whisper, if not rushing it.
Even sitting on 500+ armor and 3500+ health, he gets melted in 2-3 seconds by 4x AD teams, which he's meant to counter.
This is non-sense and needs to be fixed.
