Lulu come back! You can blame it all on Rito ;)

Hey all, wanted a quick question. After the season is over, when will Lulu be a viable support again? Is there going to be any buffs or maybe a decision to give a support the support utilities needed to support the adc? Right now she isn't looking too good, can't even shield a minion not to mention her slow utilities has been removed from percentages of AP scaling. Her speed buff is petty actually useless in team fights unless if you got a tunnel vision

Can we get Lulu back? I kind of miss my winter wonder Lulu and i don't want to be at a major disadvantage while fighting most of the other supports.
