@Riot what are the chances Karthus gets buffed?

While I don't know if Meddler's going to mention him in his next gameplay thoughts thread, I'd like to ask if Karthus is gonna get something to help him out in the upcoming patches.

One thing I noticed is that his Win-rate has dropped down around to 50-51% this patch, and since most of his entire playerbase are those who are actually mains, that is a bit concerning. While I think the Preseason patch helped his Jungling capacity tremendously, (I can clear the entire JG in about 3-4 minutes or around there) One thing I'm noticing is that if I'm not getting blown up by the Press the Attack ADC's, I'm just not doing enough damage to be able to contribute enough in a teamfight. Not only that, but from what I can tell, a lot of champs are being able to heal themselves a bit more than they used to, so trying to ult a low HP target is a lot less reliable, even with Coup de Grace.
