Larriet3 votesDirectly, no, but you can always formulate your opinions on these boards, on the PBE boards, on Reddit, or on Twitter. I'd recommend here or Reddit if you want to do a long-form one. Talk about what you think are the core issues; it's more important for them to know what's wrong than for you to tell them how to fix it. It's also valid to suggest ways they shouldn't fix it; for example, and this is entirely hypothetical, "Don't buff his damage; he doesn't need more kill potential".
