Anti-fun champions

I get it you want to play someone fun like LB, Ahri, Gnar, Vayne or who ever you like and that's fantastic. I myself love playing annoying as hell champions such as Vel'koz, Mordekaiser (top) and Volibear. But I think the lack of meaningful counter-play that many champions have in most situations is just too toxic. It's a horrible experience if you have to play against certain champions like teemo, nasus, or vayne if you have no counterplay against their kits.

I believe 100% in a sort of web of which champions beat who, but there should never be a situation in which I cannot even barely enjoy playing the "game" (emphasis on the word game.) So could we possibly take a bruised heel for the team, and have a few champions removed from their thrones of toxic kings/queens. Cough Cough Singed Cough Cough.

(Not trying to suggest possible nerfs or anything like that, I'm just trying to gage the communities opinion on which champions are just toxic beyond measure.)
