You can say Vayne takes skill till 40 minutes

Then she is brainless. @40 min She can pop anyone (from stealth mind you.) Also hard to kite someone that has a built in passive to out run you. All while dealing max HP % true damage are you kidding me? It was ALWAYS a stupid fucking design for this champion to have maybe if she was more a early - mid scaling she would be more fair and balanced , you cannot buff her W by taking away the Q's ability to crit that is not enough if the balance team is unsatisfied with how she currently is think back to when you gave her "True damage" around the marksman update and start around that area cause auto attacks and true damage when paired have a tenacity to confuse players between skill and brainless.

Kinda like that same concept of taking a sip of coffee and gathering all my brain cells to press R on and watch myself kill someone. (Jahhh its that easy)

Point of argument dont buff brainless shit.
