#fixQuinn2015 Quinn petition

Ok Riot; its time to admit Quinn is need of love and not the love tap kind.

I honestly feel Quinn is in need of a reprogram from start. She's beyond buggy. Granted they're not "game breaking" but as us Quinn mains play her more and more, it's getting pretty old.

She's gotten a few fixes for things like her blind in resent months and those were AMAZING.

But the countless bugs to her vault are tiresome... Theres the random vault flips in different direction. The bug that basically silences and blind Quinn after using vault. Her GOD AWFUL attack animation which is ironic considering she's meant to be an adc. Her harrier proc and attack not procing it.

The list really keeps going. Can we just have her reprogrammed??
