AP Vayne is getting out of control

But Nashors...she has no AP scaling, doesn't need CDR at all, all it gives is AS which could be better bought from something like statikk shiv because at least your hits will potentially hurt more with the crit and have better waveclear

The on-hit is OP when combined with gunblade/rageblade and she heals off it
