As you can tell I main Shaco, and by god the amount of bugs that are in his kit and just overall that happen to him are infuriating. But this one I can't tell if it's intended or a bug overall.

Not to mention the fact that the chains are shown on the stealthed target so you have a clear view of where exactly they are.

If you feel the need to bring in someone's rank then you probably shouldn't even be posting. You're simply biased and complaining about one of the handful abilities, that is even an ult and not a basic ability, countering stealth and calling it cheese when that's exactly what stealth is.
