Can Quinn get some defensive stats back, to make her playable outside of top lane counters again?

She was completely reliant on the 'too high' rune damage, as a champion who plays like an ADC/assassin mix and relies on all-ins or short trades, but flat out loses if her target doesn't die to her combo, or she can't disengage after the trade.

She was given consecutive nerfs to bring her in line with the old rune damage, but then most runes had their damage halved, and now she doesn't have enough damage to succeed with this play pattern, and the survivability she lost to make this play style balanced wasn't given back.

How about giving her some defensive stats back, so she can at least no longer be trivially run down by the support?
