The cooldown would basically be: #New Cooldown = Current Cooldown + No. of seconds reduced by consuming mark

There's also alot of champions that simply outrange her so they don't have to even interact with her. That may or may not be considered a counter... imo Its not its just a farm game.
Passive play doesn't win ranked though so thats probably why you consider your low mmr myself so annoyed by kat because you play passive.
Should probably pick up champions that are aggressive in lane and rewarding successful aggressive play.
I'd look up your mmr but you probably already know that it needs work before you're 2.4k+ where people actually know more than 2 champions in a role and can just outpick half the enemy team.
Also stats mean nothing to me, so don't use them to argue. I go off actual gameplay I've experienced not some bullshit you can look up ;]
you could be 30% winrate and I wouldn't care because stats mean nothing. The only thing that matters is that you, as of right now, don't understand how to play against kat and should learn before you ask for nerfs like most casuals who know barely anything about a moba.
There are plenty of websites that offer counter champion picks. And even explain it to you in great detail. I'd suggest you go to these websites and read. Before bitching.

The cooldown doesn't even change if you use it properly. This change just adds more decision making.

bonfire102 votesPlat's pretty casual, hell anything lower than Master is pretty casual. Even a lot of players don't take masters or challengers too seriously.
Kat's early game has already been nerfed 3 times in a row with the reduced base damage on her ult, the significantly increased cd of her ult, and her base health regen taking a huge hit.
On top of this, she's been nerfed by the removal of DFG, one of her strongest options that Luden's doesn't really replace as well, and her passive was nerfed from all assists giving resets to only assists within 3 seconds of the enemy dieing.
She has received many nerfs despite not seeing any play at a professional level because random soloqueue players whined about her. There's a reason she isn't picked against professional teams, she relies entirely on her opponents being too bad to lane or ward properly. And instead of learning to lane or ward properly in your own games against her, you'd rather whine at riot to just remove her as an option so you don't have to get better and grow as a player. So why even play a competitive mode if you're not going to try to improve and instead just complain about every hurdle that's thrown in your way instead of overcoming it?

- Diana= easy cc Kat ult with E and she has shield with tons of burst
- Lissandra= easy ult and poke Katarina harder even tho she's behind minions
- Viktor= easy cc with ult or w within 1.5 seconds and his Q grants shield counter Katarina's Q
- Malzahar= cmon you still want to ask?
- Fizz= SHARK *knockup. untargetable and walk away from Kata ult.
- Ahri= I will make you love me. triple flash ult. Q movement speed away. many more damn cc mid laners

Dedrius2 votesShe really isn't that hard to beat in lane as it is. She snowballs hard but her damage is meh in lane and if you call out her roams she won't be that strong which is why pros tend to stay away from her in addition to being allergic to CC.
