Can we make Taric more self-synergising?

This isn't specifically about making him more powerful (he's good enough as he is), but I think there are quality of life issues he faces.

  1. His passive's interaction with Q and W. Taric is already slow and he has a pretty small melee range. However, his Q and his W both interrupt auto attacks. His E does not and feels very fluid when weaving it into your attacks for the cooldown. However, the Q and W both have a cast time, forcing Taric to stand still andd stop auto attacking.

His Q and W could do with working the same as his E, not interrupting auto attacks and movement so Taric can at least keep up with enemies he has already engaged.

  1. E and minions. This is an annoying one. You cast Dazzle and suddenly Taric decides to do some awkward pathfinding around a minion and causes you to miss.

His E would benefit from ignoring unit collision while casting. This would just allow him to move precisely in this time without getting hindered by random pathing choices.

  1. More Q synergies. This is probably the one I would call an actual buff. Essentially Taric doesn't always get to engage, but it would be nice if he had a combat oriented way to charge his Q other than his passive. His E is obvious, since he will generally get hits off after a stun.

But it would be nice if he gained a charge on his Q when a Bastion shield breaks instead of wearing off. This means if Taric stops enough burst to break his shield, he gets a bonus to the Q. If both his and his ally's shield both get broken (AoE?) he gets 2 quick charges to double up on the protection.

That shield break into Q charge thing seems a bit iffy, since it puts people in a no win situation if Taric shields someone since if they focus DPS he'll just get a stronger heal. Beyond that I approve, especially making Q and W cast on the go so it fits his flow better.

I disagree. I think he actually works well as he is. The timing of all his abilities takes some getting used to, but everything you have mentioned has to do mainly in the early game during laning phase. Yes, these are the reasons that contribute to why Taric has a less than stellar laning phase, but his late game potential and play making makes up for that immensely. If you got rid of the fraction of time it takes to cast the Q and W, it wouldn't really makes any sense- mainly because in mid-late game, when you get to the point of spamming Q that time really doesn't matter and if it would disappear, it would probably be way too overpowered.
