Can we have the tool tips for the Scuttlers not pop up ALL the time?

When fighting the scuttlers in the river, if you hover over the scuttler, this gigantic, screen blocking tool tip pops up explaining what it is and what it does. This gigantic pop up should then disappear after a while, and not pop up again, because I don't need this to constantly block my vision in the river while I'm trying to fight the beast. Can we do something about making this tool tip disappear or go away after you've read it?

You can turn it off in your in-game settings. It turns off the tool tip for all jungle monsters.

However, that still doesn't explain why the tool tip doesn't disappear, even when on. Every other game has a timer for their tool tips, and don't continuously pervade the screen like the Scuttler one. They should have a cooldown after you've 'read' them, and not always show the tips.

I haven't had it on for months so I don't remember the specifics, but I don't think it is classified as a tool tip. It is classified as a indicator of some sort. Basically it just always shows and always gives you information on the monster you are attacking. They exist for all jungle monsters, and it's good for someone brand new to jungle or people who don't main the role and have to learn on the fly. So like if you know Smite can only target "large or regular monsters" a new jungler might not know that you can smite the second stage Krugs but you can't smite the small wolves or chickens. Silly for people who have been playing for ages, but makes sense as to why it is automatically on.
