So, I don't think Riot realizes what they have done in changing the build path for Last Whisper.

In my opinion, this is worse than Lethality now.

Including myself, I now build LW after 2 of my Core items, I would usually not do this, however, I can start building it out of a much cheaper item, and not have to wait for pick axe gold.

AND it shreds for 45%

This allows for a huge amount of armor shred to come early, and any mid game tankyness from the opposing team is good for next to nothing.

That's just my two cents.
