i was playing poro king as jinx and i got a tripple followed immedialety by a double kill. I dont get it? why didnt i get a penta there entire team was dead no one respawned

Which is more likely: that somehow the "KILLING SPREE LOGIC™" broke for a single pentakill in a Poro King match --OR-- Daniel_ "Born In 2001"_ Targaryen doesn't understand that 15 seconds is longer than 10 seconds ??

I believe it's 10 seconds between kills 10 or 13 seconds between kills, before Penta is off the table.
