Xayah and Rakan: The duo lane

I really like the idea of making two champions that synergize well with each other, I really do.

But this isn't synergy. It's basically a lost lane at minimum if you are versus these two. I personally think reducing some of their synergy would be a good nerf because as it stands they're completely broken together instead of just "very good".
