Ki Strike to trigger when feint is up and has 1 sec on cdr

Feint is supposed to shave 2 seconds off of shen's passive. But if you have 1 second on the cooldown its as if you don't benefit from your next auto whatsoever. it takes 1 second to auto or so anyway. The reward to auto attack someone is zilch in that instance. And trust me in team fights this can make all the difference especially since shen has a hard time sticking to people without full items.

So if you have 1 second left on your cooldown and feint is up you should be able to trigger kistrike.
