The UI is Seriously Awful

Just came back to the game after a super long hiatus... this UI is atrocious. I'm sorry but the party pane tucked all the way right & laid out horizontally over the giant squared Mini-Map is painful.

Please give us the option of using the old UI or to alter the layout like how FFXIV lets you tweak their HUD?

IIRC, you can resize the HUD somewhere in Settings.
