Malphite buff idea

So I main malphite and I think he needs a bit of a buff and I have just the idea for it.

1. Make malphite's ult scale with armor as well as or instead of ap and reduce the cool down. 2.Make his q also scale with armor and reduce the cool down to 8 seconds as well as reducing the mana cost to 50.
2. Give his e a passive that says every time malphite kills an enemy with this ability he gain a small amount of permenant armor.
3. Make his ult have another ablity that does one of two things either if Malphite kills an enemy with his ult then reduce the cool down by 20 seconds or she malphite activates his ult he gains temporary armor and magic resist.

And that's it so please riot try to do at least one of these thins to help out malphite
