Option to vote kick a player

All of us had those games, where we lost, because one guy is intentionally trying to lose the game, whether it is running it down mid, typing toxic stuff in chat more than playing etc. Riot wants us to not be toxic, but then you trap us in games with people like this for a good 30/40 minutes, unable to do anything about it. My suggestion is, why not take a page out of cs book ,add an option to vote kick a player, 4 people have to vote yes for it to pass. Once it passes the said player is replaced by a standart advanced bot, and perhaps can be controlled by a player that dies during the teamfight, while he is on his own champion death timer. That same system could be used, with afk people who dc in the middle of a match, for example bot takes over, till they reconnect, because having that extra body is still better than having nothing at all, during those late stages. The only issue with this idea, could be 4 people circle jerking and kicking a guy for no reason, but that too could be solved just like how false reports are supposedly punishable and all in all I think it would fix atleast some frustrating parts about the league. Thoughts?
