We got IP farming bots. Does riot care?
I guess the answers is no. No VAC or anything like that. You can report them for ages and I got no feedback at all.

They do care, they just do it in ban waves for some reason.
Some Rioter also announced they were working on better detection a week or two ago, so we'll hopefully hear more about it soon.
You only get a feedback message when your report triggers a punishment from the Instant Feedback System. The IFS doesn't handle handle botting, I believe it goes up for manual review and to another system.
