In low leagues you have to kind of carry to get out, you can't really go even or you will make slow progress.
Obviously theres games where your teammates are going 4 and 16 so you can't win them all. I would also play more carefully. It looks like you get a lot of kills from maybe diving and get killed as well although its hard to tell from match history.
If you plan on carrying it is better to stay alive and get less kills than it is to trade every time. Much better to be alive to rotate down to mid and help a midlaner thats about to start inting than secure a kill and die in the process.
Sometimes it's even better to leave a feeding laner in your lane instead of getting fed so you can help the rest of your team get fed.
As hard as it is try to leave some kills to the rest of your team who's maybe not doing so well.
It's much better for your teammate who is frustrated and feeding to get some confidence from a kill and maybe be less snowballed than it is for you to get 300 gold if you are fed.
TL;DR Carrying actually involves picking up your teammates onto your back so they can reach for the sky, not reaching for the sky yourself.
