I think Vayne and Fiora should have their %hp true damage reorked into something with counterplay.

But Rito will never listen to this request. So instead i call upon everyone to permaban %hp true damage champions untill Rito nerfs it.

Remember Kasadin with near 100% banrate for like a year or so cos nobody wanted to deal with that perma flash crap. Eventually he got nerf after nerf into rework into nerf into buff into rework until he was no longer permabanned, he is more balanced now so i guess with. I would recommend the same treatment for these %hp true damage nuisances.

The point of these champions is that you have to counterplay them, instead of just stacking defense.

Kassadin wasnt perma banned because of his "perma flash". His entire kit was problematic. He had silence on his Q. His ulti used to refund mana, All his abilities dealt more damage. He could rift walk, silence u, do damage, and rift walk out before silence expires.He was basically no risk- high reward champion. There was no counterplay in that case. Vayne and Fiora have counterplays, require 10x more skill to play than old Kassadin, can be punished for mistakes easily. Also Kassadins split push potential used to be insane. Please, dont compare Fiora and Vayne to old Kassadin, those arent even close. Kassadin used to have 60% win rate. Vayne is bellow 50% (yes that means across all divisions he loses more than he wins) and fiora is on 51% (Less than Fiddlesticks and people say he is useless).
