In that promo i get stomped realy hard and my laners suck that hard that i fall down to s3 promos again. Been there Twice. at least 60% of my losses are either due to a lvl <40 account on my or enemy team. Please Riot, Can i be matched with ppl you have somewhat information of their ability?
SIayton3 votesI had a match the other day where everyone on the enemy team had close to a 58%+ winrate while the HIGHEST winrate on my team was 50%. But don't worry, we all had slightly higher ranks because uhh.... ranks mean more than winrate, apparently.
Needless to say, the winrate guys dumpstered us.

What difference that matters do you think exists between the two?
freackyfreac1 votesMMR goes up and down with every game, rank not. (Promos/placements) MMR can go up and down faster than lps do normaly. you can have a mmr of near dia but still be stuck in silver from placements. Then a silver player would be matched with dia.

Having a diamond MMR while in silver means the person was diamond in the previous season and hasn't played ranked in the current season (or intentionally lowered rank through dodging). That person should be facing diamond players.
