veigar/nasus stacking rework

stacks 400 or 500 give or take guaranteed. for nasus 100 give or take guaranteed for veigar

anything beyond that stacks are treated like item 3141 item 3041 , half of the stacks you acquired beyond the guaranteed amount are gone when you die.

if the champions fall off, simply give them compensation elsewhere.

I would like to see a 600-700 limit on nasus Q just so he never hits that 2 shot the tank phase but I don't think that it really effects very many of his games. In general if Nasus got that high that means his team was winning basically 4v5 for ~30 minutes and your team probably deserved the loss anyways. Your veigar limit is hilariously low and extremely unnecessary. With the way his stun works now there is TONS of room to outplay him. Even if his ult literally one shots you there are items you can get to stop it like banshees or zhonya. I think pretty much all the immobile mages need to be buffed, but im guess thats primarily what the rylais changes were for.

Ok here's where you're stupid about this, you treat the stacks as a Mejai's, and there's a limited amount. Veigar is so easy to kill, if you're smart. Also, it takes nasus a while to gain stacks, so you either camp lane with him, split push, or just end the game quick. I just finished a game with 200 Veigar stacks, but I still lost. It really depends on your team as well. When fighting Veigar, you need to think of a way to counter him, not a way to complain for attention. I was against Lb, she was playing stupid and kept trying to kill me. She didn't think of the trades, what she would win, or if I was on/off guard. You sound like a bad player who's bronze and doesn't think much. I feel like Veigar should have no future nerfs or buffs. He's fine the way he is. Also, if stacks worked like Mejai's, just camp his lane, or just kill him every 5 minutes. 100 AP on Veigar is a huge wtf. He's known for the dominance of the late game, or the fuckton of AP when people have no eyes on him. Camp his lane, learn how to roam, play a push phase for your lane, then roam to mid. Pfft.

thing is why are they not being played competitively? i feel like the stacks are holding their kit back elsewhere. they have stacks sure but aren't versatile for it.

only half of the stacks you acquired beyond the guaranteed amount are gone when you die, not all of them

its not that big a change, considering it creates room to tweak their kits elsewhere so they are fit/viable on the competitive scene.

Veigar isnt played competitively because his stun delay ruined him for any competetive play, he isnt reliable enough to be considered a good pick, in any team matchup.

Nasus`s Problem is that he can get outplayed by certain champions, like Vayne, Riven etc.

The stacks arent the problems here, these are working fine.

No.

people so anti balance. sad times, too much high stakes atm / small margin for error in this game that result in insane consequences. sure they can be dealt with if you don't mess up but if you do good bye.

Why in the world does Veigar need nerfs?

Wanting nerfs for Nasus is understandable, but he's just a good pick, no need for nerfs.

Seriously? Nasus cannot farm his 'q' indefinitely (even if the enemy team is stupid enough to let him). Eventually he will run out of mana and that ends his fun. And Nasus can only CC ONE champion. Veigar never runs out of mana with his passive, so if he's left to afk farm he can actually farm well. And Veigar can CC more than one person at once. And Nasus doesn't have point and click burst either.

Veigar also explodes if you catch him out. Nasus unless he gets hit by tons of slows/CC, not so much.

Actually, you're stupid if you don't understand that even very high stacks Nasus/Veigar are extremely dealable with. They have very exploitable kits due to delay/kiteability. It's actually them who get fucked if they mess up lategame, no matter how much the stacks, more than the other way around.

Veigar/Nasus becoming unstoppable is a bronze myth. Where people somehow think it's good to run in Veigar as an AP carry with 0 magic resist and 700 AP, or people think mid/late game Nasus can be 1v1'ed in melee range.

nasus and veigar are just broken, there should not be champions who can get infinite stacks and one shot everyone, period. You can come back almost from any bad start if your enemy team does not have them cos you know - enemy have limits just wait, sadly veigar and nasus has no limits, nasus becomes this tank you have to focus first or he will hit you harder than adc and veigar will one shot you any way
