This is over 744 games played. Only like 10 of them are after the patch where he dropped to 41% winrate.

If you look at the last 10 games played, 6 were losses and 4 were wins. So yeah exactly 40% winrate even among pros.

there's a lot of worry about azirs state pros are doing something and succeeding.

Dunno why its different for them but maybe have a look

Considering he keeps getting nerfed for his performance at the highest levels of play, this doesn't really surprise me.
