Allow Soulbound's single-target spells to proc Kalista's W and lvl 16 other teammates too

Kalista is becoming the non-autoattacker ADC. Why not putting more power budget on her teamplay elements, maybe at the expense of a slightly heavier % ad scaling on autos nerf? With W being proccable by spells, people like Braum or Malph have an easier time during the laning phase, and having less limitations past level 16 (not needing her soulbound but just a random member, having a lower target cooldown...) would allow her to remain effective with her team even if the support dies or something.
