I honestly don't know why they nerfed him at all. Can't think of a good reason, other than possibly some incoming cinderhulk buffs that they're prepping for maybe. still probably not.

I've been maining Zac since I first hit level 30, he was the first 6300 I ever bought. As such I've taken the time to learn his ins and outs and I understand that he's a lot stronger than people give him credit for. I actually got called a troll for picking him one more than one occasion. People are convinced he's weak because he's actually very well balanced, and well balanced champs seem weak in comparison to whichever pool of 20 is the go-to cancer tier at the time. Nerfing the most powerful tool in his kit by making even more telegraphed than it already was is a big hit, even if the numbers aren't that large. I think he should get some kind of tradeoff; probably a small buff to his Q since it's always been the weakest part of his kit. He really didn't need or deserve any kind of nerfs. Also, I'm pretty sure nobody but you thinks he's broken.

That's not how it works. A "broken" champ is one that is just horrendously overbearing, even in situations where they realistically shouldn't be. Like LeeSin . A champion can get nerfed without being broken if part of their kit seems overtuned. Or, if Riot wants to make them less competitive so we can see more of their poster children in the LCS. Like LeeSin . The "balance" team does not always have proper game balance in mind when they make changes.
