Annie is completely broken.
Her bear is literally like 4 full ad malzahar minions chasing you. Not to mention that her stupid scalings mean no matter how far you put her behind with one item she'll fuck your ass with the stun

You need to respect her burst regardless of how far ahead you are. Moat people don't realize this but a 0/10 Annie with 3 items does the exact same damage as a 10/0 Annie with 3 items. Apply that logic everywhere because it's a fact of league. The champions designed to be bursty mages will always be able to deal that damage.
Not true I main yasuo and even though she counters him i still win the match because of build positioning wind wall and early trading ganks and most of all respecting that even if she is 0/3 if she has items and Ult+stun+summoners she can and will kill me if i get close.
Fizz,ori,lux,syndra,sometimes liss, lb. again you have to respect items. But maw helps with all of these champs. Besides droping below 40% hp being the villian and getting ulted by DEMACIA thats just fucking retarded.
I tend to agree with you Annie's flash ult should be nerfed if they are gonna nerf Gragas for lack of counter play
Im bringing this thread back. With the new ultimate cap rune, tibbers can be on a 20 second cool down. Lol, and thats why she's awesome.
