Because you're losing out on much better stats like 30% tenacity, 12% blocked from autos, 105 movespeed, 15 magic pen, for 10 movespeed.

Tenacity reduces the duration of crowd control, but item 3009 reduces the effectiveness of slows. I think that means tenacity makes slows wear off faster but if you're passing through a slow field then you want to reduce the effectiveness so you can move through it easier? I don't know.

Maybe the items aren't tuned correctly.

+5 movement speed on the champion that want to take swifites over other boots arent good or noticeable and resistance to slows also isnt very strong you still end up getting kited hard

the role of mobility is to make you mobile out of combat to gank faster

item 3009 should make you increadibly faster in combat.

item 3009 make you faster than any boots during combat, I thought? And the slow reduction is a bonus. You already have a speed boost so why do you need it amplified?

How does the movespeed soft cap work anyway?

slow reduction sucks and it's hidden power, speed boost amplification is better imo.

ms soft cap works like thta: if you get past 430 ms, your bonus ms are starting to be reduced depending on how high you go.

I like item 3009 when the other team has slows and little CC besides stuff unaffected by tenacity anyway (like knockups / knockbacks). Could be having little effect. I don't know.
