Does vi feel pretty busted to anyone else?

She has one of the fastest clears in this game and her unescapable ult. Literally the only counterplay to her is flashing into your fountain while marked or having a morg on your team

she's a Juggernaut, and she has mobility I don't care if people say she's a fighter or not if she can just build Trinity force and full tank while still dealing tons of damage she is definitely a juggernaut to beat her, just 5 v 1 her, be jax, or run away

She's not really all that busted, she got a nice QOL buff with the E change but that's it.

no that was not a QOL buff, her q cd was lowered by 2 seconds at early ranks along with her passive cd, and her q knockback duration is now .7 seconds at all ranks rather than .5-.75 scaling duration. And to top it off the e buff makes her get one extra e in her early clear so it just makes it even faster.

Basically they gave vi her early pressure back, which is HUGE for any jungler. If you want to know what i mean, see udyr. His early game phoenix damage was nerfed and now you actually just dont see him anymore because any halfway intelligent jungler who has lane priority (from ganking, something an early pressure jungler can do) will just run in a phoenixdyrs jungle and kill him/take all his camps.
