She gets a heal because she's supposed to be an AP ADC. She can't itemise for lifesteal like an ADC can, so she gets it in her kit.

Elise gets a heal cos she's a jungler and is supposed to be a fighter type character.

Cassio is a midrange mage with sustained damage instead of burst. Thus, she's outranged by most midlaners, loses trades to enemy combos and is vulnerable to bursty all-ins.

Her poke (Q and W) is kinda weak since W deals next to no damage and Q is not maxed in lane; it's also quite mana heavy. Later on in the games it gets stronger but on 850 range, which is low compared to siege mages.

Her damage comes mostly from her E, which is 700 range and requires her to "commit" to fights.

Since she has to risk more than other mages to stay in lane, due to lower range, she deserves sustain tools.

it's ok bb <3 it's all on the same website. champion.gg is a website that has all the champs and their meta roles. yasuo stats are really easy to find hun cause they are at the top. the site organizes them very nicely from highest to lowest winrates. u can also reoganize by clicking on the taps at the top, but here is the yasuo page in case u have trouble finding it https://champion.gg/champion/Yasuo/Top i know you probably havent played her, but cass is not a high skill cap champ. her kit revolves around a very simple strat. she is very similar to adc's(the ones that go bot lane with a sup) except she has the added layer of needing to poison the enemy in order to do any real dmg and use her sustain. her play patter goes something like this: step 1 land poison, step 2 spam E, step 3 get freelo cause your are broken OP champ... see very simple. no high skill cap here bb

Hahaha.No argument.You don't know Frozen Mallet problem so you will stay in low elos.Don't protect your op champion.Frozen Mallet is main problem for some champions. Like Gnar, Yasuo.

you want an argument? ok. here's an argument. frozen mallet has existed in it's current form since patch 5.22 which was released November 11, 2015(that's over 9 months ago FYI). Yasuo was last changed in patch 6.17(which is this patch FYI) and in patch 6.16(the patch before the current patch FYI). Yasuo has had a relatively fine winrate(I understand that winrate isn't everything) until patch 6.17(the current patch) when his winrate had a huge jump to it's current 55%. As you can see yasuo has coexisted with the current frozen mallet for 9 months until this patch. since the only variable is yasuo we can assume that frozen mallet is not the problem, but in fact yasuo. it's not complicated, but i hope you could follow <3.

Also, idk why you think a lvl 8 like yourself would talk about my elo... im silver 3 on this account and thats cause i've only played my promos... every person that i have ever seen that elo shames is very insecure so i hope that whatever or whoever is making you feel that way gets better. Yasuo's win rate was 48% before tank build.Yes this is true but Yasuo's win rate increased with Frozen and tank itemization.Also Gnar is problem with Yasuo.So Frozen Mallet is absolutely problem.You didn't see Tank Master Yi, Tank Fiora again.I think you must follow changes and meta.

I think the story goes she use to be really strong, but then got nerfed into the ground and people stopped playing her. Riot buffed her this season and her damage is insane again but her playrate still isn't very high. I did see some pros play her and they struggled outside of solo lane, as her range is bad, but for low ranked/normal queue yeah she's pretty broken. Anivia is far more broken and has range though so.
