Annie needs to be nerfed

I've always hated playing and vsing this champion. It's really not fun. You just farm minions with q until you find a chance to attack their mid and because you never lose mana from dorans + q refund you can poke them down so easily and get a first blood at level 2. Her q does stupid damage and considering the fact that tibbers was buffed in the mage update she basically has a kogmaw passive that does more damage than kogmaw. It's pretty stupid, I saw my adc take 1100 damage from tibbers after we killed annie. A nerf idea would be to not make tibbers rampage after she dies, and just have it die with her. She shouldn't burst you while dead. Or another one, reduce her stun duration for every person her ability hits. It's a long ass stun and for the damage it brings to a teamfight she can end your game easily just by having flash up. It's pretty stupid.
