Ezreal with Runeglaive changes Hecarim with Cinderhulk on toplane

The difference is that Hecarim with Cinderhulk was actually OP. Ezreal with Runeglaive is approaching viability but still suffers from many of his traditional problems like low waveclear, weak roaming, no CC, needing 20+ minutes to scale etc. His winrate in Diamond+ is still 47% even with Flash/Smite and he has many counters such as Zed, Katarina or Talon. Hecarim was overbearing and pushing out a ridiculous amount of top laners.
