The only concern I actually have about marksmen changes

Is the impact it will have on on-hit adc's. After all, they're barely touched, and even buffed, with Botrk cost reduced. I hope we don't see a freaking Varus vs Kog every game because they spike at 1/2 items compared to the crit adcs spiking at 3/4 now. Will be a buff to burst/lethality adc's too I guess since crit nerfs + stormrazer? But I don't really care as those don't scale stupidly well.
