Guinsoo's Rageblade is overtuned and works extremely well on him while also providing waveclear. In addition, his E was recently changed so a lot of champions who used to counter him (i.e. Renekton) don't do so as easily.

He works quite well with Hextech Gunblade too, but he always has and people have just started building it again on him.

There are a couple other major changes.

He receives addition damage (Fervor of Battle) and sustain (Vampirism) from masteries now.

Counterstrike was changed to block CC and on-hit effects from basic attacks.

Rageblade with hextech gives this dude insane damage and sustain. Enough to 1v3 or better if the enemy isnt prepared.
