Couple "why" questions regarding items.

1: Why can the bonus magic damage from Dead Man's Plate crit? Like, it's one of the very few on-hit effects that can critically strike for some arbitrary reason, when the intended buyers of DMP usually don't even have critical chance. At least Statikk Shiv has the excuse of the item itself having critical chance.

2: Why does Titanic Hydra function differently from Tiamat and Ravenous Hydra? The latter two have circular AoEs and an active with its own animation, whereas Titanic strikes in a forward cone and has an AA reset/modifier for its active.

3: Why does Stormrazor give so much Attack Speed? I guess it's so that the item doesn't kinda suck for 1v1ing after you expend the free crit, but 35% AS is a rather big chunk for an item that also gives +60 AD.
