@Riot Meddler Any changes to Caitlyn in the works, she has consistently been top teir for so long

Just want to know if you have any plans for this ADC, she has consistently been a dominant pick in most metas and honestly she is just annoying and not fun to play against when she pairs up with a poke support.

Any changes to maybe her early game dominance or making her scale less into the late game, she might not be super overpowered but it would be nice if she got some of her power shifted out of laning phase to make her a bit more manageable to play against
