Am I the only one that thinks Warmogs is garbage this season?

With all the new mage and assassin items we've gotten this year, it makes me wonder why tank items have been given the middle finger. I feel like literally every tank item has been hit in some form or another. In the case of warmogs, I feel the nerf was unjustified. It was in a healthy spot, and Riot ruined it for no reason. We already have plenty of items and abilities that screw people who build health. Why do we need to nerf their items too?
