Why are Juggernauts getting buffed?

Staying tank and getting free damage is already enough! We don't need to give them further buffs unless ADC's are subsequently buffed as well. People need to realize their only counter is poke which isn't enough counterplay!

They're getting buffed because Riot finally looked around and noticed they were much weaker than they should be.

Juggernauts are not weak at all. Darius is the only one that sorta sees semi-consistent play.
