You've gotta sell me on why we need to nerf support Annie again. We did it twice already this year and currently she's not exactly ruling the lane.

Originally she needed 5 stacks to stun, they lowered it because of the power increase of mid laners. you'd be nerfing her mid lane capability which is already weak.

Go whine about Syndra, you can stun you without stacks period.
