Blade of the Ruined King AD increased from 25 to 45 Attack speed lowered from 40% to 25% Lifesteal increased from 10% to 15% Unique Active changed [removed] "Steals 10% of target champion's maximum Health (min. 100) as physical damage, heals for the same amount," [NOTE: still has the 25% movement speed steal]

Last Whisper AD lowered from 25 to 10. Bonus Armor Pen increased from 30% to 45% [Cost or recipe change, hold tight.]

context on these bork changes though? I'm not really sure how I feel about the shift from AS to AD and the upping of lifesteal. AD auto-attackers that don't build crit or onhits already have a shortage of items

also stop with the % pen wtf, nearly 50% bonus pen on a component

Armor pen increase? Not sure how I feel about that since the lower ad makes you less likely to get it early.

Didn't they lower the armor pen from item 3035 in the patch too?

I'm not sure what you mean. The only changes to armor pen are to what I'm referring to: last whisper.

i'm going into astrophysics (or trying to; i'm doing pretty fuckin shit so far so doubtful I'll end up anywhere good) so calculus is a requirement

I like the Last Whisper nerf. Makes you less likely to get it early, which was a pain in the ass sometimes. However, as said elsewhere, I want to here the direction for the BORK changes since I find BORK to be one of the more well-designed anti-Tank items.

950 gold for 50% bonus armor pen. i agree, how and why is that a component patched onto just the 10 AD from the longsword it builds from?

this is just day 1, but if this is the relative idea for what riot wants to do real soon, theres probably gonna be a massive shake-up in top lane along with these nerfs to jayce, camille and now maokai
