Remember to make Soraka a perma ban. +25% heals from Windspeaker's and the new passive on Mikael's and Ardent. (Even worse if both item passives can stack, then it would be +40% heals.)

Riot is watching Mikael's and Ardent's, though. If it becomes too much of a problem they will make it a unique passive so it won't stack.

I don't see the Shyv changes being that broken. It will make her stronger yes. But she still won't be where she was with Devour.
